I’ve always been a fan of sticky buns and cinnamon rolls but didn’t make them often because it was a lot of work to make the dough, etc. Not so anymore!
Ina’s Easy Sticky Buns recipe drastically reduces the work required by using frozen puff pastry dough (defrosted) and we had sticky buns within the hour.
With cinnamon, brown sugar and raisins as the filler and a butter, brown sugar and pecan topping (in the bottom of the muffin tins), these little babies were to die for. Here they are right out of the oven:
