I managed to make these for dessert tonight which brings the total to 81 of 90 done. 9 recipes left to go!!
I love Driscoll raspberries – they’re plump, flavourful and perfect for this recipe. I also made my first sabayon which the recipe called for. Cooked for the first time with Marsala wine, and first time I used the broiler (ever!). Lots of firsts today.

We had them for dessert after a tasty supper of chicken and rosemary ravioli with sweet basil marinara sauce. Sigh…life is good.
