It had been a while since I spent much time in the kitchen since I was busy at work the past couple of weeks so this weekend, I’m making up for lost time and have 4 recipes lined up. I made two for supper tonight, from the Barefoot Contessa at Home cookbook.

Both turned out very good – it was the first time I actually made seared tuna where the inside was meant to be kept raw and it was delicious. Not dry at all like overcooked tuna can often taste like.
