I just made this for lunch. MmmMmm!
Grilled tuna (seared outside, raw inside), avocado, red onion and scallions tossed with a zesty dressing: lime zest, lime juice, olive oil, soy sauce, wasabi powder and tabasco sauce. Served with slices of baguette. I’ve fallen in love with avocados…they bring any dish a level of freshness that’s hard to beat. The bright green mixed with the pink of the raw tuna and purple of the onion makes a pretty presentation too. 🙂
