A couple of years ago when sliders and other “mini” sized foods (burgers, hot dogs, etc.) were just coming out, I remember buns being difficult to find. You’d have to improvise using dinner rolls and such. Nowadays, there’s a multitude of choices: plain, sesame seed, whole wheat, thins… You name it.
