This weekend has turned out to be one of lemony, green, herby goodness. :) I made this for dinner – the recipe is from the Barefoot Contessa’s How Easy is That cookbook and can be found here.

If you enjoy salmon, lemon and herbs, this is for you. I actually drizzled some of the white wine sauce it cooked in on top of the salmon to serve which gave it even more lemony and bright flavor. Awesome! Paired with salad (with the green salad vinaigrette from yesterday), some rice and a very nice Sketches 2010 Riesling.
