On our third day, the conference planning team held a scavenger hunt that took us around Dublin following clues and a map, taking photos. Our final destination was the Guinness Storehouse for a tour and dinner.

We had the opportunity to learn how to pour the perfect Guinness and get a certificate and a complimentary pint. I passed, not being a Guinness fan, but some of the guys had fun.
On our fourth day of the conference, we got to visit the Microsoft office in Dublin and heard Tim Hynes speak – great speaker! After the conference, we did a bit more sightseeing and headed over to the Jamieson distillery for a tour and whiskey tasting. After Jamieson’s, we headed toward the Temple Bar area again and had dinner while listening to live Irish music and I ate traditional Irish stew. 🙂
